This test uses a forced organism (Mycobacterium avium). The test should be performed at a temperature of 10°C and mandatory for a mandatory 60 minutes. It can also be done with optional additional temperatures of 4, 20 or 40 and optional additional times for 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 or 120 minutes. The test can be performed under simulated conditions of low soil level or simulated conditions of high soil level.
