This test requires to use as mandatory Bovine Enterovirus type 1. Other optional additional viruses proposed by the customer can be used. The test should be performed at a mandatory temperature of 10ºC and for a mandatory time of 30 minutes. Additional optional temperatures can be selected 4ºC, 20ºC or 40ºC, and optional additional times of 1, 5 or 60 minutes. The test can be performed under simulated low or high dirty conditions. The product should be tested at least at three concentrations including one in the non-active interval and another in the active interval. To consider the product virucidal must demonstrate a 4 log reduction in infectivity.
