The sample sent for testing anti-rabies antibodies quantification test must be accompanied by the fully completed attached submission form in uppercase letters, to avoid errors in issuing the report. Please note that information on animal, owner and veterinarian who extracted the blood sample should be included in the report from the laboratory and must be the correct.
